Bailey, Swayze and Patrick Advance in Cabarrus County Commission GOP Primary

The Republican field for the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners is now set, with James Bailey, Kristel Swayze and incumbent Ian Patrick advancing from Tuesday’s primary.
