Cabarrus Arts Council’s ‘Dancing for the Arts’ celebrates 10 years — and raises more than $77,000

Local leaders and professional dancers took the stage for a joyful night of performance, partnership, and community support for arts education and programming.

Pickleballs flew, ghosts from “Phantom of the Opera” made an appearance, and a nurse practitioner grooved to “Stayin’ Alive.” Then came Glinda and Elphaba twirling across the stage — because, of course, only Dancing for the Arts could bring all that together in one night.
