The Chamber, Leading Business in Cabarrus has launched a new online voter information resource in partnership with The Civic Knowledge Initiative, the nonprofit arm of The Charlotte Ledger, a Substack-based digital news publication, aimed at helping residents navigate the upcoming March 3 primary election.
