Cabarrus Commissioners consider transparency plan on federal, state budget impacts

In an effort to increase public understanding of how government funding decisions ripple down to the local level, the Cabarrus County chapter of Down Home North Carolina is urging county commissioners to adopt a sweeping transparency resolution outlining the real-world impacts of federal and state budget uncertainty.
