Cabarrus County Commissioner Lynn Shue died Wednesday afternoon, according to a statement from his family. The statement was shared with The Cabarrus Compass by Steve Morris, who is serving as the family’s spokesman and worked alongside Shue for many years on the Board of Commissioners. He was 71.
