Cabarrus County NAACP chapter donates to Barber-Scotia, urges broader community support

Since Barber-Scotia College President Dr. Chris Rey issued an urgent public appeal last month warning that the historic institution had run out of money, support from across Cabarrus County has begun to gather momentum.
