A Mount Pleasant father alleges Cabarrus County Schools violated his constitutional rights by refusing to provide advance notice about restroom and locker room access at his children’s schools.

For the second time in just over a week, Cabarrus County Schools is facing a federal lawsuit stemming from the district’s handling of transgender students’ access to restrooms and locker rooms.
