Cabarrus Health Alliance is urging residents who may have come into contact with baby goats connected to an Iredell County mobile petting zoo to contact health officials amid concerns about possible rabies exposure.

The warning involves baby goats associated with Farm Adventures, a mobile petting zoo based in Harmony in Iredell County.

Anyone who visited Farm Adventures or attended an event where the mobile petting zoo was present between July 28 and Aug. 27 and had direct contact with baby goats should contact Cabarrus Health Alliance at 704-920-1399.
