In Cabarrus County, single mothers with children make up the largest share of the homeless population, while senior adults represent the fastest-growing group.

To confront these twin challenges — both growing more urgent as the county expands — Cooperative Christian Ministry (CCM) has turned to a creative, community-rooted solution.
