Plan affects 247 students, preserves feeder patterns, reduces overcrowding at Weddington Hills, and is scheduled for a December Board of Education vote.

During a community meeting Wednesday night at R. Brown McAllister STEM Elementary, Cabarrus County Schools unveiled its preliminary attendance boundary recommendations for the new Coltrane-Webb STEM Elementary School — a modern replacement for the historic campus now being rebuilt near downtown Concord.
