Concord approves zoning text amendment allowing taller industrial buildings on large sites

Amendment raises height limits for large industrial parcels to 140 feet and adds new design standards for taller structures.

Concord City Council on Thursday approved a zoning text amendment that will allow taller buildings in the city’s industrial areas — but only on the largest parcels of land.
