Concord City Council Denies Novi Agreement Amendment That Would Have Reduced Affordable Housing Requirement

A proposed amendment to the City of Concord’s economic development agreement for the Novi apartment projects — which would have reduced the affordable housing requirement from 50% to 10% — was rejected Thursday night after council members said it did not align with the city’s goals.
