For the Love of Dogs: New Concord Candle Shop Aims to Support Animal Rescue Efforts

At Pawsitively Inspired, all profits from candles and gifts go directly to local rescue groups

Patty Fantetti has always had a deep love for animals, especially dogs.

The Concord resident currently shares her home with seven rescue dogs: Wallie, Leia, Peanut, Gracie, Spike, Zoey, and Leo.

Each has a unique personality, and all have become a source of comfort and emotional support for Fantetti, particularly during life’s harder moments.

Several of the dogs came from traumatic backgrounds. Gracie, for instance, bears permanent scarring down her back after someone poured acid on her.

“I love dogs more than people,” Fantetti said. '“My dogs never fail me.”
