The Greater Cabarrus Foundation has announced the creation of the Ken Yelton Eagle Scout Scholarship Fund, a new endowment designed to support Eagle Scouts as they pursue undergraduate education and to honor the legacy of longtime community leader Kenneth “Ken” Yelton.
