Harrisburg approves $138.9 million budget, keeps tax rate unchanged for third year
Spending plan includes $8.4 million for transportation projects, continued investment in public safety, parks and greenways.
The Harrisburg Town Council unanimously approved the town’s fiscal year 2027 budget Monday, keeping the property tax rate unchanged at 41 cents per $100 of assessed valuation for the third consecutive year.
