Inside Cabarrus County elections: How officials work to keep ballots secure

With Election Day about two months away, voters may have questions about everything from electronic voting machines and ballot counting to the safeguards designed to protect the integrity of elections.

Those questions — and the processes behind them — were the focus of a Trusted Elections town hall Monday evening at Cabarrus County EMS headquarters, hosted by the North Carolina Network for Fair, Safe and Secure Elections.
