Kelly Sifford named interim county manager in Cabarrus
Veteran county leader brings some much-needed stability with more than 25 years of experience with the county.
The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners has unanimously appointed longtime county leader Kelly Sifford as interim county manager, effective immediately, according to a Wednesday county press release.
