The Local Government Commission on Tuesday unanimously approved Cabarrus County’s limited obligation bond (LOB) package for two major Cabarrus County Schools construction projects: a $134 million replacement for Northwest Cabarrus High School and a $63 million elementary school planned for the county’s rapidly growing northwest area.
