Stuart Valzonis selected to fill vacancy on Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners

Stuart Valzonis, a municipal planning professional and former North Carolina National Guard member, has been selected to fill a vacancy on the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners following the retirement and resignation of Commissioner Larry Pittman.
