Chris, thanks for publishing Mark's Friday Five! It's great to see you guys working together in providing local news. I just cancelled my subscription to the Independent Tribune and let them know that the reason was that the way they treated Mark. No reason to take the Tribune since, there is no local news in that paper anymore. Thank you for the Compass!

We are losing an important guardrail of democracy.for instance, Jeffrey Epstein would never have caught if not for the Miami Hearld. Jim Baker at PTL WAS exposed because of the Charlotte Observer.
