Cabarrus Health Alliance (CHA) has confirmed two positive measles cases in Cabarrus County involving school-aged siblings who do not attend school locally, the agency announced Friday. The cases were identified in coordination with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) and bring the statewide total to nine.
